our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 5-8 days from shipping.We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 8 working days of the order. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies
We accept the payment through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking. We will have to wait to process your order until our bank has received the money.
On your account page you can see the status of your order. You must have a shop account to view the status of your orders. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. If your order requires a physical delivery, you will also be able to track and trace your shipment in real-time on your account page.
Cancellation and Refunds
An order can be cancelled only upto it is in "Pending" state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled. Full amount shall be refunded only if the order is cancelled before it goes under "Processsing". Should you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact shoppersdaily within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange, as appropriate and depending on availability, a goods exchange, credit or refund. We will be pleased to consider exchange, credit or refund for other reasons, but the decision whether to grant this will be at our discretion. Return and Replacement policy
At shoppersdaily, we believe that customer satisfaction is key. We will replace any order within 10 days of delivery, with free return shipping if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you,
Wrong Quantity Defective
In case, We receive a cancellation notice from you with 24Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us. We will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on our website within 3 days from the time to delievery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost.
If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days (after deducting bank charges or entire amount)
When will I get a refund if I cancel my order booking?
The refund is provided as per with our cancellation policy. This refund will be provided within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
How will I get my refund if I cancel my order booking?
The amount will not be refunded to your card or account . You have to email us the cancellation reference number along with your valid bank account details. We will process the refund to you within 10 working days from the receipt of your email.
Our customer will be entertained the damaged product only 2 working days. Any shipping charges (wherever applicable) will be borne by the customer.
